For instance, consider Minecraft Creative Mode (Java Edition) – saddles can be found on many animals. Simply mount these animals, and you can ride them (no questions asked).

The chests where you can find saddles include – Alter chests, Nether Fortress chests, Dungeon chests, Weapon-smith chests and so on. I usually prefer the easiest method of them all – i.e. trading.
Trade emeralds with villagers, and they might give you a saddle. Fishing requires a lot of patience and be determined while doing it. Be sure not to grow impatient, and you will definitely find one.

How to Get Saddle in Minecraft using Commands?
Come on, you already knew this was coming. Commands are so powerful that with them, you can locate biomes. Then what the heck is a simple saddle? These commands in Minecraft are also known as console commands and can be written in the developer console.

This is also an effective way of finding a saddle. So, all those rich guys around, you can do so by purchasing emeralds. 9-16 emeralds are needed to unlock saddle-purchasing ability, while 8-10 emeralds are needed to buy it. The best way is to trade the emeralds with the villagers for a saddle.
Fishing to Get a Saddle
However feeble the chances of getting a saddle like this are, many people have still managed to get one. Don’t make it your primary source (as I would never), but those who fish around might get a saddle. Getting one while fishing is undoubtedly no less than getting a treasure, so watch for one.
Cheats for Saddle
Although I wouldn’t recommend using cheats, sometimes you have to beat around the bush a few times, right? Minecraft has so many cheats for the players; all you have to do is toggle them from the menu. For starters, simply enable cheats whenever you are creating a new world. Find the Nether Fortress Chest

Find Minecraft Saddle in Blacksmith’s Building in the Village
The village blacksmith does hide a lot of uncanny secrets in this building. Lucky for you, there is a 15% chance that a horse saddle is one of those secrets.
So hurry up, don’t waste your time loitering around, and find the blacksmith’s building. You can also travel quickly to the building using the village-finder command.
Saddle Buried in the Treasure of the Desert Temple
Desert temples have a lot of treasure that is buried. You have to use your excavation skills to find this buried treasure. Simply keep digging until you find the chest that contains the saddle.
You are likely to find a saddle when looking for buried treasures and loot. So go on and explore those desert biomes, as they have a lot of hidden stuff.
How to Put a Saddle on a Horse?
Once you have found a saddle, it is time for you to mount it on a horse (or other animal). To do that you have to tame a horse first (a tad bit tricky).
Select the saddle from the inventory, and once you have it equipped, right-click on your horse. This would make the horse mount the saddle, and you will be travel-ready.
Be sure to place your cursor correctly on the horse and firmly push the right-click on your mouse. You need a tamed horse to do that as untamed ones will run away.
